Empowerment Coaching
The essence of my coaching is self-empowerment. By
listening to my clients' life stories, I am able to
understand what belief systems they have been living,
and find out which ones are serving them well and which
ones need to be released.
We are all meant to live a joyous life, so what can we
learn from our past experiences and our present
situations that can create the life of our dreams? That
life is only a thought away; a quick shift in
perception. But when we’re "in a difficult place," we
may just need someone to support us, to coach us, and to
open us up to seeing a different viewpoint - one which
might serve us better.
I am able to coach you in seeing just how powerful you
really are. By claiming yourself as the
co-creator of your life,
you claim your power and are
able to make choices that feel so good...for YOU.

of serving others have been with me for many years.
I know the purpose for my life and I know I can make a
difference in this world. I would like to help you

Rectal cancer was my wake-up call to life. I am so
blessed that I am healthy – better than ever - and have
my entire life ahead of me to share my story and help
those who are ready to heal and get back to well-being.
